Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IT operations, network administration, server setup, and end-user support.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting network and system issues, managing users and devices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with management, vendors, and international teams are essential.

Candidates must be willing to work from the office at Sector 68, Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support & End-User Management

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and IT-related issues.
• Support end users with desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, account creation, access permissions, and device configuration.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software installations, and license records.
• Track and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timelines.

2. Network Administration

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, IP addressing, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist with firewall configuration, network security, and access control.
• Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors to resolve network issues.

3. Server & Infrastructure Management

• Hands-on experience with server setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access management.
• Assist with server hardware, storage, backup, recovery, and patch management.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot server and system issues.
• Support endpoint security, antivirus, software updates, and IT security policies.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and disaster recovery activities, where required.

4. IT Operations & Vendor Coordination

• Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, network diagrams, and configuration records.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers, hardware vendors, and network service providers.
• Work with internal and international IT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide regular updates and communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, server administration, or IT infrastructure management.
• Mandatory networking certification: CCNA or another recognized, relevant networking certification.
• Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, routers, switches, and basic firewall concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user account administration.
• Practical server setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work from the office at Sector 68, Faridabad, Haryana.

Preferred Certifications – Added Advantage

• ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator.
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
• Cisco CCNP or other advanced networking certifications.

Interview Process

The selection process will consist of three rounds:

• Round 1 – Initial Screening: Experience, certification, technical background, communication skills, and location suitability.
• Round 2 – Technical Assignment: Practical technical assessment.
• Round 3 – Management Round: Final discussion with management.
