Senior IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Location: Bicutan, Taguig

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4x a week ONSITE, 1x a week WFH)

Schedule: Nightshift

Arbcentrix is looking for a Tier 2 IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to handle escalated technical issues and provide hands-on support across systems, servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security tools.

You will take ownership of more complex technical issues, support Tier 1 technicians, and help maintain reliable and secure IT environments.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot escalated server, network, security, and system issues.
• Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, and basic server maintenance.
• Perform VMware tasks such as VM provisioning, snapshots, and basic resource management.
• Support Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, licensing, and basic configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall or similar firewalls, VPNs, and basic network segmentation.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts using SentinelOne or similar EDR tools.
• Manage technical issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Perform basic ERP configuration, including user roles, workflow adjustments, and integration troubleshooting.
• Create basic PowerShell scripts and automation for repetitive tasks.
• Use AI tools to support troubleshooting, scripting, and documentation while validating outputs before implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Tier 1 technicians.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Working knowledge of VMware
• Practical experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
• Experience with SonicWall or similar firewall technologies
• Familiarity with SentinelOne or other EDR tools
• Basic PowerShell or scripting experience
• Exposure to ERP systems and configuration
• Comfortable using AI tools for troubleshooting and documentation
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of technical issues
