Senior IT Integration Consultant (Regional)

About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading multinational e-commerce and logistics solutions provider supporting cross-border deliveries worldwide. They are looking for an experienced IT Integration Consultant to join their Asia Pacific team, playing a key role in connecting customers, partners, and business platforms through a range of integration solutions.

This position offers a mix of technical consulting, customer engagement, and project delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges while working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with service providers to onboard and connect their systems to our client's shipping and logistics platforms
• Design and support integrations using APIs, web portals, e-commerce platform plugins, and SFTP
• Act as the primary technical contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners during implementation projects
• Gather business and technical requirements, provide solution recommendations, and ensure successful go-live delivery
• Troubleshoot integration issues and work with development teams to resolve technical challenges
• Support ongoing enhancements to existing integrations and platform connectivity
• Drive process improvements to improve onboarding efficiency and customer experience
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams on technical assessments and new business opportunities
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support activities

Experience & Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 5 years+ of experience in system integration, technical consulting, implementation, or solution delivery
• Strong understanding of APIs, data exchange, and integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, CSV, or SFTP
• Experience working with customer-facing implementation or onboarding projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Experience within logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or software platforms is advantageous
• Willingness to travel as the situation demands
