Senior IT Manager

The IT Manager shall demonstrate strong leadership for the entire business, not only for IT, and possess IT project management experience including digital transformation, as well as retail IT system expertise.

This role is expected to transform PHIT from an operational support function into a Business Value Creation Team by driving AI adoption, business process innovation, organizational transformation, and scalable technology solutions that contribute directly to business growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of the organization's IT systems and department capabilities to maintain a stable, secure, and reliable IT environment for the entire business.
2. Create strategies for new or enhanced business solutions and ensure the proper execution of IT infrastructure and technology initiatives.
3. Create and maintain strong relationships with Global Headquarters and other regional teams for global solution development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
4. Direct and manage the execution of IT projects with regional and global IT teams, ensuring solutions are fully adopted and operationally established.
5. Prepare, manage, and control IT budgets, expenses, investment priorities, and cost optimization initiatives.
6. Effectively enforce the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external IT partners and service providers.
8. Lead the local IT team by establishing succession plans, developing future leaders, and building a strong and sustainable IT organization through leadership by example.
9. Accelerate business process automation and standardization initiatives to improve work efficiency and operational quality.
10. Lead company-wide AI adoption initiatives and establish AI-enabled business processes to improve planning quality, decision-making quality, productivity, and execution capability across the organization.
11. Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where technology, automation, data utilization, and AI can improve business performance and support company growth targets.
12. Promote data-driven decision-making across business functions by leveraging analytics, operational insights, and AI solutions.
13. Develop and manage strategic technology partnerships to create a scalable operating model, while enabling internal teams to focus on governance, business innovation, and value creation.
14. Lead organizational transformation by strengthening AI capabilities, redesigning roles and ways of working, and building a high-performing team that supports long-term business growth.
15. Define and monitor business-focused KPIs, including adoption, productivity, operational quality, scalability, and business impact, and ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of solid experience in a senior IT leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems through process improvement, system enhancement, automation, and organizational change.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Program Leader for global IT solution implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, business process redesign, or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, IT teams, Global Headquarters, regional teams, and external partners.
• Experience leading a global or regional organization and collaborating with Global Headquarters and other regional teams.
• Experience in IT financial management, including budgeting, investment prioritization, cost optimization, and cost structure reform.
• Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with external service providers and outsourcing partners.
• Demonstrated people leadership, succession planning, capability development, and organizational transformation experience.
