Senior IT Manager (Infrastructure)

This role set clear direction for the IT department and keep it aligned to business goals. Ensure development work is well-prioritized, delivered reliably, and meets quality standards. Keep core IT infrastructure, systems, and support running reliably and securely. Prepare annual IT budget and track spend against it. Review and renew vendor contracts and software licenses. Maintain and update IT security and compliance policies.

Key responsibilities

About you

• 10-15 years of experience working with organization in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues within department and cross-functionally
• Solid technical background, with understanding/hands-on experience in project management
• Ability to plan, organize, work well in a team environment and work effectively under pressure
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Solid organizational skills including experience managing, designing, implementing and evaluating multiple projects
• Excellent experience in a leadership position managing more than one project
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
