Senior IT Operations, Corporate IT

• Work closely with local business teams to understand business objectives and IT requirements
• Develop strong relationships with business partners and other external parties
• Act as a liaison between Corporate IT and different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services
• Dive deep into local IT operations and have a profound understanding of their environments
• Proactively monitor and report on operational status, deliverables, risks and issues to ensure business objectives are accomplished
• Partner with other teams to initiate and execute strategic improvement initiatives to drive organizational change management

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Sciences or information technology-related.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.
• Experience developing and enforcing standards, policies, and procedures
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and good time management
• Engagement capabilities to manage stakeholder and internal and/ or external partners
• Good leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively to manage operational activities
• Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure the progression for operational issues/ projects
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment with clear strategic mindset of processes
• Technical skills/background in network/system is an added advantage
• An excellent command of both spoken and written English.
