Senior IT Product Specialist – Procurement Platform (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Role:

Responsible for driving and coordinating the end-to-end implementation of the new Procurement Platform / Vendor Portal, working across Business Users, Application Vendor, ERP/SAP Team, Integration, Data, Infrastructure and Security teams. The role will act as a hands-on Product / Project Lead from project initiation through requirements, design, development, integration, testing, cutover, go-live and initial hypercare, ensuring scope, timeline, dependencies, risks and deliverables are properly managed. This position is expected to take day-to-day ownership of the project while working with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for specialized areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall project plan, milestones, timeline and critical dependencies
• Maintain RAID Log, Action Tracker, Decision Log, RACI and project status
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and management updates
• Monitor project progress and identify issues that may impact delivery
• Coordinate requirement workshops with Business Users and Vendors and gather, clarify and document business requirements, process flows and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate integration between the Procurement Platform and enterprise systems, working with ERP/SAP, Integration and Vendor teams on API / Interface scope, Field Mapping, Data Flow and Error handling
• Coordinate Vendor Master and Vendor Branch data design, data mapping, cleansing, migration and reconciliation activities
• Coordinate solution design and technical readiness with relevant SMEs including Application Architecture, Infrastructure, IAM / SSO / MFA and Security
• Coordinate Unit Test, SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance and Security Testing and manage defect tracking, prioritization, ownership and closure
• Coordinate cutover activities, production readiness, data migration and reconciliation, and support Go-Live checklist and hypercare activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in IT Product Management, IT Project Management, Business Analysis or Enterprise Application Implementation
• Hands-on experience working on enterprise application or web application implementation projects
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of API / System Integration, Interfaces, Data Mapping and Application Dependencies
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, Defect Management, Cutover and Go-Live
• Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills
• Able to independently drive actions and resolve cross-team issues
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Good command of Thai and English
