Senior IT Program Delivery Manager Americas

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IT Program Delivery Manager Americas to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead the delivery of a diverse IT project portfolio across the Americas, ensuring programs are prioritized effectively and executed with speed, quality, and cost discipline. You will partner closely with solution teams, sector stakeholders, and vendors to standardize enterprise solutions and drive consistent delivery outcomes across the region. This position also carries direct accountability for portfolio performance, team leadership, and support of regional service delivery operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $156,274 – $253,946 annually

Responsibilities

• Prioritize IT project demands from sector teams to meet delivery deadlines
• Manage a diverse portfolio of IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of business solutions
• Oversee vendor management to align with quality, cost, and timelines
• Own end-to-end accountability for the project portfolio
• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team within the IT function
• Collaborate with solution teams to standardize enterprise solutions in the Americas
• Support the Head of Regional Service Delivery - Americas as needed
• Be prepared for domestic and occasional international travel, up to 10%

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT program management experience or relevant experience with an Associate's degree
• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree
• 3+ years of experience with a JD/PhD
• 12+ years of experience without a degree
• Eligibility to work requires U.S. citizenship
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in IT delivery leadership preferred
• Familiarity with shared services operating models is advantageous
