Context & Mission
Context: A large international industrial group is strengthening its IT project delivery capabilities to support major strategic transformations across the organization. The mission is for a senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs within an international and multi-stakeholder environment.
The Project Manager will oversee several projects within the IT Corporate portfolio, including network integration, security-driven initiatives, and resilience programs. The candidate may also contribute to Change Management governance (CAB), particularly within a CMMC framework.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Project Portfolio Management
Manage and deliver a portfolio of Corporate IT projects, including but not limited to:
Network Access Control (NAC) deployments
Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions
IT network integration and modernization
Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) systems and testing
Digital workplace and collaboration platforms
Security and compliance initiatives
Apply best practices in project management:
planning, budgeting, and resource management,
risk and dependency management,
stakeholder engagement and communication,
performance tracking and reporting.
Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with IT governance and security standards.
2. Security & Change Governance (CAB / CMMC)
Contribute to and participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process.
Ensure proper change management practices, including risk assessment, impact analysis, and traceability.
Support and enforce CMMC-aligned practices, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity maturity requirements.
Collaborate closely with security teams (CISO, architects, auditors) to:
integrate security-by-design principles into projects,
ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory frameworks,
manage security risks and remediation plans.
Promote awareness and adoption of cybersecurity best practices across stakeholders.
3. Governance & Communication
Act as the single point of accountability for assigned projects.
Facilitate decision-making, arbitration, and escalation when required.
Provide a clear and structured reporting.
Maintain high-quality project documentation and artefacts.
Ensure alignment between IT strategy, business expectations, and operational execution.
4. Project Methodology & PM Governance
Contribute to the adoption and continuous improvement of the Delivery Life Cycle (DLC) methodology.
Participate in IT PM Board and capacity planning, ensuring accurate project reporting and resource visibility.
Engage in the PM Community to share best practices and lessons learned.
Ensure monthly timesheet reporting (Pay4Use process) for assigned projects.
Operate within a central PM pool reporting to the CIO, promoting alignment and consistency across initiatives.

Profile & Requirements
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Proven track record in:
security-driven projects and regulated environments.
complex IT transformation and migration programs,
carve-in / carve-out and M&A integrations,
infrastructure and cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft 365),
Experience in international and multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong exposure to governance frameworks and change management processes (CAB).
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, autonomy, and accountability.
Highly structured and methodical approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
Strong understanding of:
IT infrastructure and networks,
cybersecurity principles (IAM, endpoint security, data protection),
compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC or equivalent).
Ability to work in complex, ambiguous, and fast-evolving environments.
Strong execution mindset combined with strategic thinking.
Languages & Mobility
Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
Availability for occasional international travel.
