Senior IT Project / Program Manager – ITSM Transformation (ServiceNow)

We are supporting a large German infrastructure company on a major ITSM transformation program.

The project focuses on the standardization and rollout of IT Service Management processes within a ServiceNow environment, including the onboarding of approximately 100 applications.

The selected candidate will play a key role in leading the program, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of ITSM processes (especially Incident Management).

Key responsibilities:

- Lead onboarding of applications into the ITSM framework

- Manage complex stakeholder environments

- Drive ITSM transformation and change initiatives

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors

- Ensure pragmatic and structured delivery

Project details:

- Duration: 15. April 2026 – 31. December 2026 (~140 days)

- Location: Germany (mostly remote, occasional on-site)

- Language: German required

Important: This role is part of a consulting setup (no direct freelance engagement).

We are looking for a senior IT Project / Program Manager with:

- 6+ years experience in IT project or program management

- Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)

- Experience in transformation programs and change management

- Experience working in complex enterprise environments

- Ideally exposure to ServiceNow (not mandatory)

- Strong stakeholder management skills

Must have:

- German language (professional level)

- Based in Germany or able to work onshore when required
