Role: Senior IT Project/Program Manager

Location: Omaha NE (Onsite)

Key Skills Required:

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Strong facilitation skills for steering committees, project reviews, and status reporting
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology
• Portfolio management, resource planning, and roadmap development
• Change management and organizational readiness
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Microsoft Project
