Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with strong experience in Technical Recruitment and C2H/Contract Staffing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H and permanent positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
• Screen and shortlist technical profiles based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
• Work closely with hiring managers for requirement understanding
• Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
