Senior IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT staffing, sourcing, and technical recruitment processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to work closely with hiring managers and other departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
