Senior IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of IT contractors through C2H model.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with top talent in the market.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of resources while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• must have experience in Contract to hire at IT consultancy firm

Job Requirements :

• 2-15 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of contract hiring, contracting, and contract staffing processes.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment including permanent placement services.
