Senior IT Requirements Analyst

About the role

Lead the analysis and documentation of business and user requirements, translating business needs into clear and actionable system requirements. Gather and analyse requirements, business processes and workflows, and prepare PRDs, functional specifications, process flows and feature requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT / system-related projects, ensuring requirements, timelines and deliverables are properly managed
• Collaborate with IT, Development, Product, Design and Operations teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
• Lead UAT, follow up on development progress, issues and system implementation to ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Analyse business and user data, gather feedback and identify opportunities for system and process improvements

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, IT Requirements Analysis, System Analysis, Product Analysis or similar roles
• Experience in leading teams, projects or cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of system architecture, APIs, data structures and system integration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred
