Senior IT Security

About the role

This role involves defining and improving information security policies in alignment with international standards and relevant regulations, assessing risks to organizational information systems, monitoring and responding to security incidents and threats, training employees on information security best practices, managing access controls to prevent unauthorized access, and collaborating with other departments to ensure proper implementation of information security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Define and improve information security policies in accordance with international standards and relevant regulations
• Assess and evaluate risks that may affect the organization's information systems
• Monitor, inspect, and respond to incidents or threats related to information security
• Provide training and knowledge to employees on best practices for information security
• Define and control access rights regarding data and systems to prevent unauthorized access
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure information security measures are implemented correctly

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4-7 years of direct experience in information security, risk management, and information systems auditing
• Understanding of information security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and Cybersecurity Framework
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Analytical and problem-solving skills related to information security
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification considered a plus
