Senior IT Support

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, networks, servers, and endpoint security solutions. This role requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach to system administration, and the ability to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise software, hardware, network, and server infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, permissions, and authentication services.
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server environments.
• Deploy, manage, and support Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions, preferably CrowdStrike.
• Administer and monitor Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solutions, preferably Netskope, to ensure secure internet access and policy enforcement.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and patch management to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and server-related issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain IT security best practices, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in software, hardware, network, and server administration.
• Strong experience in L1 and L2 Support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions, preferably CrowdStrike.
• Experience with Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solutions, preferably Netskope.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and system administration skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, CrowdStrike, Netskope, CompTIA Server+, Security+, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Management.
