Senior/ IT System Analysis

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support ERP and manufacturing-related applications to ensure stable business operations.
• Analyze business requirements and implement ERP system enhancements and solutions.
• Support integration between ERP, MES, SCADA, databases, and other manufacturing systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for system issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and business users on system requirements and improvements.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment, data migration, and digitalization projects.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user manuals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP development, ERP support, software development, or manufacturing systems, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, system integration, databases, and SQL.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language/framework, such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Knowledge or experience in MES, SCADA, Smart Manufacturing, or manufacturing digitalization is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
