🔎 What are we looking for?

We're seeking an experienced Java engineer to design and develop enterprise workflow and case management solutions using Flowable. You'll work on BPMN/CMMN process models, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations across our enterprise stack.

📍 Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.

🔗 Language : English is a must. Spanish desirable.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flowable-based workflow solutions integrated with enterprise applications
• Implement BPMN and CMMN process models and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot with REST APIs and event-driven architectures
• Develop and optimize SQL queries on Oracle environments
• Contribute to architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architecture teams
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities

✅ Required Experience

• 6+ years in enterprise software development
• Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot expertise
• Proven experience with Flowable, Camunda, Appian, IBM BAW, or Pega
• Advanced knowledge of BPMN and CMMN standards
• REST APIs, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures
• Oracle Database and advanced SQL development
• Version control (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• Linux-based enterprise environments
• Agile and DevOps practices
• English C1

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
