Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on development expertise in Java, microservices, reactive architecture, and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable backend applications using modern Java technologies and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.
• Build and enhance microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
• Develop high-performance, non-blocking applications using reactive programming.
• Design and implement REST APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven systems.
• Work with messaging platforms such as Kafka and MQ.
• Develop cloud-native applications and support containerized deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement automation, CI/CD, observability, and security best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on development expertise.
• Strong proficiency in Java 21+.
• Experience with Spring Boot / Quarkus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in functional programming, reactive architecture, and non-blocking I/O.
• Strong experience in Microservices and Distributed Systems.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, gRPC, Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with Kafka / MQ.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of backend security practices including OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS.
• Experience with logging, metrics, and distributed tracing/observability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
