We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer (Distributed Systems / Agentic AI) who brings 5+ years of experience building large-scale, production-grade distributed systems. The ideal candidate pairs mastery of Core Java, data structures, and Linux environments with recent, hands-on experience developing and integrating Agentic AI tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, distributed backend architectures using Core Java.
• Implement and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows and intelligent agent tools.
• Design efficient relational and document-oriented database schemas.
• Optimize system performance, data structures, and algorithmic logic.
• Build, test, and maintain scripts within Linux/Unix environments.
• Integrate DevOps best practices into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Solve complex system bottlenecks through rigorous analytical thinking.
• Mentor junior peers and communicate technical strategies across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Primary: Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Distributed Systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Design Patterns.
• Tools/Frameworks: Agentic AI Frameworks, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Spring Boot, Linux, Unix, Shell Scripting.
• Database/Cloud: SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Document Databases.
