Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strong hands-on in Java (Streams, Lambdas, Parallel processing)
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate
- Experience with rule engines for workflow implementation
- Hands-on with: Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ), RDBMS
- Proficient in Swagger, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Exposure to NoSQL
Job Requirements :
- Lead design and development of Java-based enterprise applications
- Drive architecture using Spring Boot & Microservices
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems
- Mentor development teams and enforce coding standards & best practices
- Manage troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
