Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in microservices architecture, database design, asynchronous messaging systems, and FinTech domain applications.

Mandatory Domain Requirement: Candidates must have experience in Loan Management Systems (LMS), Supply Chain Finance, Lending Platforms, TReDS, Invoice Financing, or related FinTech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Develop high-performance, secure, and fault-tolerant applications.
• Integrate applications with messaging and event-driven platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence initiatives.
