About the Role

Were looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot .
• Build and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and clean coding standards .
• Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Work with AWS cloud services to build and support scalable applications.
• Design and work with both relational and NoSQL databases .
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural and design decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience .
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field , preferably from a reputed institution.
• Strong proficiency in Java , with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices .
• Good understanding of fundamental software design principles, including MVC .
• Hands-on experience working with AWS and scalable cloud environments.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases , such as MySQL and MongoDB .
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Complexity Analysis .
• Experience designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems.
• Python experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and innovative environment .
• Strong team collaboration, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work with ambiguous or undefined problems and think abstractly.
