Role & responsibilities
Senior Java Developer
Lead and manage a team of L2 and l3 team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- should have hands on development experience
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Act as a technical mentor, guiding team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement in , problem management performance and reliability
- Implement Production fixes , drive Automation, problem management ,deployments, and post-release monitoring, Month end closing
- Handle incident management and ensure minimal downtime
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation B.Tech / B.Sc (IT)
