Role & responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions in an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design technical solutions
• Develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain Java-based applications
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures
• Work with Spring Boot and Node.js/NestJS frameworks
• Support production issues during business hours and release cycles
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams using JIRA
• Perform application deployments and support monthly production releases

Mandatory Skills

• Java / J2EE (6+ years)
• Spring Boot
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Node.js / NestJS
• REST APIs & SOA
• Tomcat
• Relational Databases: Oracle / MS SQL / PostgreSQL
• Cloud Platforms: AWS
• DevOps Tools: Git, Jenkins
• Linux/Unix environment (basic shell scripting)

Good to Have Skills

• Microservices architecture
• Angular / ReactJS
• UNIX scripting
• Azure Cloud exposure
• Financial Services domain experience

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
