What You Will Do

• System Design & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain robust, high-throughput backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud microservices architecture.
• Next-Gen AI Integration (Senior Focus): Build intelligent services, explore LLM integrations, and independently design and deploy autonomous AI Agents within core business applications.
• Database & Performance Optimization: Architect and tune complex database structures and queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle, eliminating bottlenecks via indexing and query optimization.
• Distributed Resilience & Messaging: Integrate distributed messaging middleware (Kafka, RabbitMQ) to ensure message consistency, reliability, and asynchronous processing.
• End-to-End Delivery & Maintenance: Work across the full SDLC in Agile/Scrum sprints, supporting code analysis, bug diagnostics, CI/CD delivery, and operational resilience.

Who We Are Looking For****1. Experience Tracks

• 🌟 Senior Enterprise Track (Priority Focus):

  • Strictly 5+ years of professional Java backend development experience.
  • Deep mastery of Java OOP, design patterns, and multithreading/concurrency.
  • AI Engineering capability: 2+ years of exposure to AI development, with the ability to independently build AI Agents, is an exceptional advantage.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Cloud, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.

• 🚀 Intermediate & Entry Track:

  • 1+ to 3+ years of Java development or code-savvy technical application support.
  • Solid Java OOP fundamentals, RESTful API development, and basic database tuning.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with <1–2 years experience are welcome for dedicated junior operational & maintenance tracks.

2. Core Technical Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Frameworks & ORM: Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and ORM tools (Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or MyBatis).
• Databases: Solid proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle (SQL/PL-SQL optimization, index management).
• Tools & Build Pipelines: Proficiency with Git, Gradle, Maven, Jira, and exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

3. Bonus / Specialist Advantage

• Prior development or maintenance experience in large-scale Enterprise Supply Chain, AMS, or Lenovo internal systems.
• Containerization and cloud exposure (Docker, Kubernetes/K8s).
• Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Splunk, Prometheus, ELK).

4. Language Requirements

• English: Strong working proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) for technical documentation and cross-border team collaboration.
• Mandarin / Chinese: Fluency or professional proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is a distinct advantage to facilitate seamless daily communication with regional engineering counterparts.
