What they need
5-12 years experience in Java, J2EE or Microservices based development
Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture
Experience working with event driven architecture using Kafka
Knowledge and ability to follow SDLC as well as Agile methodologies
Hands-on integration experience with external systems (REST/SOAP)
Experience in React.js with TypeScript
Experience with Material UI and modern UI frameworks
Experience building data-heavy UIs using AG Grid or similar
Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 skills
Hands-on experience with Mapbox GL and/or Google Maps APIs
Experience with geolocation, address search and autocomplete
Ability to work with GeoJSON and map layers
Strong Java 21, Spring Boot development skills
Experience building scalable APIs
Experience with SOAP and REST integrations
Experience with Camunda or Temporal preferred
Understanding of long running workflows and task queues
Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines
Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
