Senior Java / SQL Developer

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Java / SQL Developer to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications and data solutions
• You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services
• Build and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions

• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices

• Java: 5+ years of professional experience with Java (Version 11 or higher preferred)
• Architecture: Deep understanding of Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture
• Tools: Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab), and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
• Frameworks: Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or Hibernate
• Relevant industry certifications are desirable
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
