Senior / Junior Architect

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for real estate projects.
• Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, presentations, and design reports.
• Ensure designs align with project objectives, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and space planning exercises.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review consultant drawings and provide architectural inputs.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, DCPR regulations, fire safety norms, environmental guidelines, and statutory approvals.
• Liaise with authorities and consultants for obtaining required approvals.
• Review cosntruction drawings and provide clarifications to the site teams.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch.)
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, BIM, and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of DCPR regulations, building by-laws, and approval processes.
• Strong design visualization and presentation skills.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
