We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Senior Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen team at The West House in Dundee.

We operate a fast-paced kitchen serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in their work and can help lead the team to deliver consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering high-quality food across breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Supervising and supporting kitchen team members during preparation and service.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Ensuring food hygiene, health and safety procedures are followed.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Managing busy service periods efficiently and confidently.
• Assisting with stock control, food preparation and reducing waste.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in a professional kitchen is essential.
• Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends is essential.
