What You'll Do:

🛠️ Investigate and resolve escalated software/application incidents at Level 3

🔍 Analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues

🤝 Collaborate with development teams to deliver timely fixes and enhancements

📈 Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

📄 Document troubleshooting processes and technical solutions clearly

🚨 Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response as needed

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 6 years of experience in software development or application support roles

✅ Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Python) and debugging expertise

✅ Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

✅ Experience working in enterprise production environments

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✅ Ability to work independently under pressure and multi-task effectively
