  • Supporting compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with risk assessments and safe working procedures within the laboratory environment.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean practices and 5S activities to maintain a safe, organised, and efficient laboratory.
  • Supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of laboratory testing capabilities and processes.

Your Profile

  • Experience in a laboratory, product testing, validation, or engineering environment, with a strong understanding of testing procedures and equipment.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with laboratory management, data acquisition, or testing software.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • A safety-conscious team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and 5S principles, with a willingness to learn new technologies, testing methods, and industry best practices.
