Job Description

The Data Analysis Senior Lead leads and develops the data analysis team, overseeing project execution, quality, and schedule while serving as a key liaison between Data Analysis and other areas within the company. This role ensures that deliverables meet contract specifications and mentors team members to build a strong, high-performing analytical function.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign data analysis teams regarding tasks
• Manage and control projects according to the company's Data Analysis process
• Communicate with other divisions within the organization, such as Operations
• Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to Data Analysts
• Analyze data to support better-informed decision-making by management
• Support Manager with area-specific requirements and ongoing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a technical college preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Advanced Microsoft Office user, specially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience creating and editing reports and Dashboards on Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks and deliver expected results on time
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Other Requirements & Competencies- NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with Python for data analytics, or a willingness to learn it.
