Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer (Telco)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation and production reliability for enterprise CRM and Order Management platforms.

The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to lead DevOps improvements across mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes/EKS and Helm environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps deployment practices.
• Ensure system availability, scalability, security and production performance.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Support CRM/Order Management microservices and system integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with development and operations teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform or Software Engineering, including 2–3 years in a senior/technical leadership capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, AWS and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and GitOps (Argo CD/Flux).
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL administration/performance tuning skills.
• Proficient in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk or CloudWatch.
• Strong production support, incident management, performance troubleshooting and RCA experience.
• Good communication, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
