Application Delivery & Financial Control

Own the delivery roadmap for LOS, LMS and digital applications. Deliver approved initiatives within agreed scope, cost, timelines and quality. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, change requests, budgets and benefits, and escalate deviations with recovery plans.

LOS / LMS Platform Ownership

Provide functional and technical leadership for housing finance lending platforms, with LMS as the core strength. Ensure platform scalability, configuration integrity, integration reliability, release quality and alignment with business, operational and regulatory needs.

Digital Application Management

Own Ubona, Service CRM, Customer Portal, APIs, website, internal portal and compliance modules. Drive enhancements, integrations, availability, performance, security and user experience across the application landscape.

Stakeholder & Requirement Management

Engage BSG and business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge ambiguities and establish priorities and acceptance criteria. Translate requirements into solution designs and executable partner work packages, ensuring traceability through development, testing and release.

L2 / L3 Production Support

Establish effective application support for incidents, service requests and problems. Drive severity-based response, root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, knowledge management, release controls and reduction of repeat incidents and backlog.

AI Enablement & Support

Identify, assess and deliver AI-led capabilities within lending and digital applications. Manage solution development, integration, testing, monitoring and support in coordination with business, data, architecture, Infosec and partners.

Information Security & Audit Closure

Support Infosec reviews and ensure timely closure of vulnerabilities and findings. Coordinate internal and external audits, submit evidence, agree corrective action plans, track closure within committed timelines and prevent recurrence.

Team & Partner Management

Lead internal team members and technology partners through clear goals, role clarity, capacity planning, performance governance and regular reviews. Ensure partner accountability against contractual deliverables, service levels, quality and cost.

Governance, Reporting & Dashboards

Publish accurate weekly and monthly dashboards covering project delivery, cost, application health, availability, incidents, problem backlog, releases, security vulnerabilities, audit findings, risks, dependencies and partner performance. Present decisions and escalations to management forums.

Architecture, Controls & Continuous Improvement

Promote standard architecture, secure SDLC, documentation, automation, observability, resilience, disaster recovery readiness and process improvement. Ensure solutions are supportable, scalable and aligned with enterprise technology standards.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology or Computer Applications qualification is desirable.
2. Experience : Senior-level experience managing business-critical lending and digital applications in an NBFC, Housing Finance Company, bank or financial services environment.
3. Core Domain Strength : Strong knowledge of LMS is mandatory, along with good understanding of LOS, loan life cycle, disbursement, repayment, collections, accounting, integrations and regulatory / compliance processes.
4. Technology Exposure : Digital channels, CRM, customer and internal portals, APIs, web applications, integration platforms, databases, cloud / infrastructure dependencies, observability and AI-enabled solutions.
5. Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead teams and partners, manage senior stakeholders, negotiate priorities, govern delivery and support, communicate risks and drive closure.
6. Control Mindset : Strong understanding of secure SDLC, change and release management, production support, information security, audit evidence and corrective action tracking.
7. Preferred Competencies : Business orientation, structured problem-solving, ownership, decision-making, communication, vendor governance, financial discipline and data-driven reporting
