Senior Lead QA Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for software applications using manual and automated testing techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, and recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in Agile development cycles by providing input on project requirements, design decisions, and technical specifications.

Job Requirements :

• 5-14 years of experience in QA engineering with expertise in C# programming language.
• Strong understanding of automation testing principles and ability to write effective automated tests using various tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Experience with manual testing methodologies including black box, white box, gray box approaches.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
