Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Lead Recruiter – Lateral Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will focus on niche and lateral hiring for non-technical functions, including Marketing, Content, and Academia, with a strong emphasis on leadership hiring and bulk sales recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is a purely Individual Contributor (IC) role, with no team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms such as Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage end-to-end lateral hiring for non-technical functions, including Marketing, Content, Academia, and other business-critical roles.
• Drive niche and leadership hiring by identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality talent.
• Support bulk sales hiring requirements while ensuring recruitment quality and timely closures.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring requirements, forecast talent needs, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Optimize the recruitment funnel to reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and enhance hiring efficiency.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining Intellipaat's employer brand.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, and offer-to-joining ratios.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide actionable insights to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche, critical, and leadership positions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on non-technical lateral hiring.
• Proven expertise in niche hiring, leadership hiring, and bulk sales recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience tracking recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
