Experience

• 17+ years of experience in HR Operations within a process/manufacturing environment.
• MBA (HR) / MHRM preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations for the manufacturing plant.
• Drive manpower planning and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for plant operations.
• Lead Performance Management System (PMS) for management and non-management employees.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and oversee the complete employee lifecycle.
• Handle Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), and grievance management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage contract labour administration and vendor coordination.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and competency development initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS, workforce analytics, and management reports.
• Partner with plant leadership to support business objectives and organizational growth.
