- End-to-end management of effective In-house and Public training
- Handle documents and coordinate with the Department of Skill Development
- Drive learning initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage and oversee development programs for top executives
About you
- 3+ years experience in Learning & Development / Training
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record as an Internal Trainer
- Detail-oriented in document management and government coordination
- Up-to-date with learning trends, strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
