Senior Learning and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

Learning and Development

• Develop and execute the company's annual learning and development plan.
• Design, organize, and coordinate learning initiatives, workshops, onboarding programs, and development activities in all channels; face to Face, online and learning application.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and follow-up reviews.
• Continuously improve learning processes, standards, and learning experience across the organization.
• Develop and support Internal Trainer Programs to strengthen internal learning capability.
• Be a facilitator and using AI to create and analysis learning activities.

Organization Development

• Support competency framework development and organizational capability improvement initiatives.
• Participate in organization diagnosis, employee surveys, and organization development projects.

Talent Development

• Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDP), career development, succession planning, and talent review activities.
• Support internship programs and employer branding initiatives related to talent development.
• Maintain talent development records and support leadership pipeline development.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Organization Development, HR or related field with Thai nationality.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Organization Development or Learning and Development.

Language & Technical Skills: Proficiency in English and computer literacy (MS Office).
