What We’ll Work on Together

• Own the Leadership Development pillar end-to-end (executive coaching programs, senior leadership development, HiPo acceleration).
• Design and facilitate learning programs, with ability to deliver workshops directly to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and translate business requirements into tailored learning solutions.
• Build learning measurement framework beyond satisfaction surveys — must be able to design Level 3 (behavior change) and Level 4 (business impact) evaluation.
• Act as thinking partner to Head of Talent Growth on strategic decisions and program prioritization.
• Engage with VP/Director-level stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate into capability strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, HR, Business, or related field with 7–8 years of experience in L&D, Talent, or Leadership Development
• Proven experience in designing and managing leadership development programs end-to-end
• Strong hands-on capability in learning program design, facilitation, LNA, curriculum development, and learning evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick)
• Able to analyze learning data, measure effectiveness, and produce actionable insights/reporting
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leaders
• Experience in managing vendors, trainers, or executive coaches
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
