Senior Leasing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Leasing Executive with proven shopping mall leasing experience to join our team in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shopping mall operations, retail leasing, tenant mix planning, and established relationships with retail brands, F&B operators, and other commercial tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential retail brands, F&B operators, service providers, investors, and other prospective tenants for shopping mall leasing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international brands, retailers, and leasing partners.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective tenants.
• Present available mall units, including locations, sizes, rental rates, and leasing conditions.
• Negotiate leasing proposals within approved company guidelines.
• Follow up with prospective tenants to finalize unit selections and secure lease agreements.
• Support the development of an attractive and commercially viable tenant mix for the shopping mall.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and prospective business partners.
• Achieve individual leasing targets and contribute to the mall’s overall occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Prepare regular leasing updates and report progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in shopping mall leasing or retail leasing within a shopping mall environment.
• Good knowledge of the UAE shopping mall and retail property market.
• An established network of retail brands, F&B operators, and potential mall tenants.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify suitable brands, close leasing deals, and achieve leasing targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially oriented.

Work Location: In person

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
