Senior Legal Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to business divisions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and financing documents.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Handle legal matters relating to vehicle financing, hire purchase and debt recovery.
• Liaise with external solicitors on litigation, disputes and employment matters.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates and support internal policy reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior experience working in a financial institution is preferred, particularly in vehicle financing, hire purchase or lending.
• Strong legal drafting, research, analytical and communication skills.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
