We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with proven experience supporting the US market and recruiting highly skilled technology professionals. The ideal candidate can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong technical pipelines, and consistently deliver against hiring targets.

Key Requirements

• 2–3+ years of technical recruitment experience supporting the US market
• Strong understanding of technical roles across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Product, and Infrastructure
• Proven expertise in technical sourcing, candidate screening, pipeline development, and talent mapping
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and US job boards such as Dice, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions, prioritize pipelines, and consistently meet recruitment KPIs and delivery targets
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to effectively assess candidate profiles against job requirements
• Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
• Mid-to-senior level recruiters who can mentor junior recruiters, share sourcing strategies, and provide team guidance are highly preferred

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for US-based technology companies, staffing firms, or RPO environments
• Experience filling niche or hard-to-find technical positions
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and talent markets
