Target: Trucking companies and businesses with DOT numbers and commercial vehicles.

Role: Contact potential clients, identify their needs, and generate qualified leads/appointments for compliance and insurance services

Senior Level (40k to 50k Salary)

✅ HVAC / mechanical contracting experience required

✅ Must be able to read and understand blueprints

✅ Experience with project bidding, estimating, and preparing bids

✅ Understands HVAC/mechanical project requirements

✅ Experience with business development and outbound outreach

✅ Able to identify and pursue potential projects

✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills

✅ CRM and calling experience preferred
