An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded, partner-led litigation boutique in London.

Founded by experienced City disputes partners, the firm has established a strong reputation for handling complex, high-value commercial disputes for an impressive client base, including major corporates, financial institutions, airlines and high-net-worth individuals.

The firm offers a compelling alternative to the traditional City law firm model, combining sophisticated litigation, competitive remuneration, genuine responsibility and a significantly more manageable billable-hours expectation.

Candidate Profile

• 5PQE+ England & Wales qualified with full knowledge of CPR rules.
• Strong commercial litigation experience gained at a reputable City, international or specialist disputes practice.
• Experience managing substantial commercial disputes and working directly with clients.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and comfortable operating within a smaller, partner-led environment.
• Ideally operating at Senior Associate or Counsel level.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: Approximately £150,000–£165,000, depending on experience.
• Profit share: Additional profit share bonus above 1400 hours
• Billable hours: Target of approximately 1,300 hours annually, considerably below many leading City firms.

• Location: Central London, predominantly office-based (5 days in office)
