Senior Litigation Associate

Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Compensation: Up to $200,000

Billable: 1,800 hours annually

Experience: 5+ years

This opportunity is open to attorneys with diverse litigation backgrounds, including civil litigation, education law, public entity matters, and related practice areas. It offers the chance to handle substantive legal matters in a collaborative environment while continuing to grow professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Experience managing litigation matters and developing case strategy
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
• Active Missouri Bar admission in good standing

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 to $200,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
