About the role

This role acts as a primary liaison between internal cross-functional teams, external logistics service providers (3PL), and customs authorities to optimize inbound/outbound logistics, maintain inventory accuracy, and streamline commercial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and manage all shipping documents prior to vessel arrival at port to ensure 100% customs clearance compliance and zero demurrage or clearance delays.
• Coordinate shipment arrival schedules with warehouse management and 3PL partners to optimize dock handling and intake timelines.
• Oversee the execution of Inbound Transfer Orders (TO) for incoming stock and commercial returns, ensuring high accuracy and rapid turnarounds.
• Enforce logistics service provider (3PL) accountability by auditing Goods Receipt (GR) logs and discrepancy reports upon DC arrival.
• Formulate and file comprehensive inbound discrepancy reports to secure timely Credit Notes (CN) and adjusted Invoices (INV) from vendor partners.
• Investigate and resolve all inbound variance cases promptly to maintain target inventory reconciliation rates.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize freight routing for store/outlet returns and cross-channel re-routes to maintain delivery timelines while minimizing freight expenditure.
• Monitor cross-channel store returns to enforce quality control, ensuring damaged inventory is isolated from sellable stock.
• Collaborate with Marketing to process seeding orders, issuing Delivery Notes (DN) to warehouse operations for swift dispatch.
• Review, verify, and reconcile complex customs brokerage and freight forwarder invoices for accuracy against contracts prior to payment submission.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, freight forwarding, warehouse coordination, or inbound/outbound logistics operations
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Fashion/Lifestyle is highly preferred.
• Strong command of local language and business English
• Proficient in ERP logistics modules / Microsoft Excel
