Senior Logistic Executive

Practical experience with air, sea and road shipments; GCC cross-border logistics experience is preferred.

Experience in poultry, livestock, food, pharmaceutical or other time- and temperature-sensitive operations is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of shipping documents, customs requirements, HS codes, Incoterms and ERP/SAP systems.

Coordinate urgent DOC import permits, airport customs clearance and immediate delivery to farms, while monitoring flight schedules, temperature and clearance time.

Handle import, export, transit and in-bond customs clearances for air, sea and land shipments.

Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, airway bills/bills of lading, customs declarations, HS codes and supporting permits.

Manage GCC hatching-egg exports, including export permits, Certificate of Origin, veterinary health certificate, customs declaration, border approvals and destination-specific documents.

Coordinate local and GCC transporters; confirm vehicle, driver, route, border permit, hygiene, biosecurity and temperature-control requirements.

Track shipment location and temperature, share status updates, and escalate delays, deviations, breakdowns or border issues immediately.

Liaise with Customs, veterinary authorities, Oman Chamber, airlines, freight forwarders, clearing agents, customers and internal farms.

Verify transporter and clearance invoices, maintain complete shipment files and report clearance time, cost, delays and service performance.
